研究不同压实密度对高倍率锂离子电池吸液值、厚度及比能量、内阻、高倍率放电性能、高倍率循环性能的影响,结果表明:提高压实密度可减小吸液量、增大电池体积比能量、降低内阻;压实密度对高倍率放电和高倍率循环性能的影响比较复杂,通过各种压实密度对比实验测试表明,本体系正极压实密度3.5 g/cm~3,负极压实密度1.5 g/cm~3组合得到锂离子电池综合性能优异,15 C倍率放电保持1 C容量的94.7%,15 C 100周高倍率放电循环保持初始容量的91.2%.

The influences of different press densities on the electrolyte absorption value,thickness and power density,internal resistance,high rate discharge performance,high rate cycle performance of lithium-ion battery were studied.The results show that increasing press density can improve volume power densities and reduce internal resistance and absorbing electrolyte value.The influences of press density on high rate discharge performance and high rate cycle performance are complicated.By the contrast experiment at different press densities,the optimal performance is obtained when the density of cathode is 3.5 g/cm~3 and the anode is 1.5 g/cm~3.The 15.0 C discharge capacity retains 94.7% of 1 C discharge capacity.After 100 cycles at 15 C discharge,the capacity retains 91.2% of initial discharge capacity.
