提出了一种重油催化裂化(RFCC)汽油氨水液-液脱臭新方法.以中国石化济南分公司RFCC汽油为原料,在常温、常压、以26%~28%的氨水为溶剂、在油中加入B32助剂10μg/g(占汽油)、在氨水中加入C32催化剂15μg/g(占汽油)、氨水用量为0.6%(占汽油质量分数)、沉降时间约为5h的条件下可使催化裂化汽油的博士试验合格,并且对汽油其它指标无不良影响.氨水液-液脱臭法的最大优点为原料油不需要进行预碱洗,且操作费用低廉,氨水可回收利用.

A new method of removing thiol from RFCC naphtha by liquid-liquid extraction using aqua ammonia was introduced.Results showed that at ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure,using naphtha from RFCC unit of SINOPEC Jinan Company as feed and 26%-28% ammonia as solvent,under the conditions of a solutizer(B32)dosage of 10μg/g(based on feed),a catalyst dosage of 15μg/g(based on feed),an ammonia amount of 0.6%(based on feed mass fraction)and a separation time of 5h,the doctor test of the treated gasoline was qualified,and without negative effect on its other properties.In this method,pre-alkali washing of feed was omitted,and the aqua ammonia could be recovered and reused,which significantly reduced the operation fee.
