利用多种长链脂肪烃混合物在大气环境中的不完全燃烧,通过沉积并收集其燃烧产物,制备了性能稳定、尺度均一的碳纳米微球.该方法适用性广、操作简便、成本低廉,无需复杂仪器和特定试剂.采用场发射扫描电镜和透射电镜研究了所制备的碳纳米微球的微观结构,结果表明该类纳米微球均具有50 nm左右的直径.

Stable carbon nanospheres were successfully prepared by means of depositing the soot of the incomplete combustion of mixed aliphatic hydrocarbons. The as-prepared carbon nanospheres were carefully characterized by the field emission scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy to investigate the structures at micro- and nanometer scale. The method was extremely cheap, facile, time-saving and avoided the use of any special equipment, special reagents and complex process control. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy showed the chemical composition of the carbon spheres. The result demonstrates a new method for the preparation of the carbon nanospheres with uniformed 50 nm diameters which are widely used in both fundamental and applied research.
