系统研究了反应时间、水温、显色剂的用量及pH对游离性余氯测定的影响,优化选择最佳测定条件为控制水样pH〈8,水温25℃,显色剂用量2.5 ml,加入显色剂后立即比色测定游离性余氯。在此条件下,测定3种生活饮用水游离性余氯,回收率为96.7%~99.8%,测定结果与《生活饮用水标准检验法》(GB 5750-85)中37.3滴定法颇为一致。
繫統研究瞭反應時間、水溫、顯色劑的用量及pH對遊離性餘氯測定的影響,優化選擇最佳測定條件為控製水樣pH〈8,水溫25℃,顯色劑用量2.5 ml,加入顯色劑後立即比色測定遊離性餘氯。在此條件下,測定3種生活飲用水遊離性餘氯,迴收率為96.7%~99.8%,測定結果與《生活飲用水標準檢驗法》(GB 5750-85)中37.3滴定法頗為一緻。
