介绍4例胆道闭锁,肝门空肠吻合术后,肝门部胆管梗阻.其中1例胃镜活检钳夹除肝门部脓苔,2例再次手术,胆汁再次顺利排出.肝门部胆管梗阻最主要原因是胆管炎.肝门部胆管梗阻表现为每天排出胆汁中胆红素量低.治疗包括内窥镜钳除瘢痕组织及再次手术.以后者疗效为佳.
