本文探讨了病例教学方法在实验诊断学教学中的应用.在教学中,通过划分知识模块,重新设计实验教学程序,组织学生采集病例和标本,指导学生操作、讨论结果并进行病例诊断,以提高教学效果.通过上述训练,配合有效的考评,锻炼了学生的临床思维能力,增强了学生与患者、学牛与临床带教教师之间的沟通能力,培养了学生的合作能力.

The paper discussed the thing that clinical case diagnosis used in medical laboratory science instruction.In teaching,re-programmed the content section of course,re-planed the teaching procedure,they also directed students to select the cases and samples from sickroom,discussed and cariled out the diagnostic conclusion after laboratory teat.Thus,they could deal with the specific clinical issue perfectly.It was developed in the ability of clinical thinking,communicate between the students,teachers and patients,and the cooperation between students with the training mentioned and evaluation.
