受2008年金融危机与2009铁矿石价格谈判的影响，济钢进口矿石资源供应渠道发生了较大的变化，高炉炉料结构也进行了相应调整。以酸性球团矿和块矿作为高炉的酸性炉料，均对炼铁成本带来巨大压力。通过结构优化及实验研究，济钢成功地开发了酸性烧结矿生产和应用技术，优化了高炉炉料结构，达到了降本增效的目的。
受2008年金融危機與2009鐵礦石價格談判的影響，濟鋼進口礦石資源供應渠道髮生瞭較大的變化，高爐爐料結構也進行瞭相應調整。以痠性毬糰礦和塊礦作為高爐的痠性爐料，均對煉鐵成本帶來巨大壓力。通過結構優化及實驗研究，濟鋼成功地開髮瞭痠性燒結礦生產和應用技術，優化瞭高爐爐料結構，達到瞭降本增效的目的。

Under the influence of financial crisis in 2008 and iron ore price negotiation in 2009, the supply channel for Jisteel to import ore resources has a great change, the blast furnace burden structure has been accordingly adjusted. Taking the acid pellet and lump ore as the acid burden for the blast furnace will bring huge pressure on the iron - making cost. Through structure optimization and experimental study, Jisteel has successfully developed the acid sinter production and application teehnology, the blast burden structure was optimized and the aim of reducing cost and increasing efficiency was obtained.
