目的 通过检测HIF-1α在肺腺癌病变中的表达,探讨两者间的关系.方法 应用S-P免疫组化方法检测HIF-1α在36例肺腺癌病变组织和其癌旁组织表达.结果 HIF-1α在肺腺癌中表达显著升高(P<0.01):HIF-1α与肿瘤大小相关(P<0.05),HIF-1α与CEA成正相关(P<0.01).结论 HIF-1α表达升高可能参与肺腺癌的发生发展过程,检测HIF-1α对于肺腺癌与良性组织判别具有临床参考意义.

목적 통과검측HIF-1α재폐선암병변중적표체,탐토량자간적관계.방법 응용S-P면역조화방법검측HIF-1α재36례폐선암병변조직화기암방조직표체.결과 HIF-1α재폐선암중표체현저승고(P<0.01):HIF-1α여종류대소상관(P<0.05),HIF-1α여CEA성정상관(P<0.01).결론 HIF-1α표체승고가능삼여폐선암적발생발전과정,검측HIF-1α대우폐선암여량성조직판별구유림상삼고의의.
Objective To study the relationship between HIF-1α and pulmonary adenocarcinoma by assays of HIF-1α in pulmonary tissue. Methods The expression of HIF-1α was detected by immunohistochemistry in 36 pulmonary adenocarcinoma cases and in the tissue other than carcinoma cases. Results There was higher level of HIF-1α in the pulmonary adenocarcinoma compared with tissue other than carcinoma(P<0.01). There was relationship between the expression of HIF-1α and the size of the cancer(P<0.05). There was positive relationship between the expression of HIF-1α and CEA (P<0.01). Conclusion HIF-1α may participate in proceeding of pulmonary adenocarcinoma, it suggests that the detection of HIF-1α may have important reference significance in the differentiation from benign and malignant pulmonary tissue.
