利用冷冻电镜显微技术和单颗粒三维重建方法获得BmCPV(家蚕质多角体);CSBV(中蜂囊状幼虫病痛毒);C6/36DNV(C6/36浓核病毒)的三维结构体数据,用空间低通滤波时体数据矢量场进行处理并进行三维显示,较原来的显示,提高了信噪比,增强了显示稳定性与显示质量.病毒每个表面细节和轴上突起更加清晰可见.
利用冷凍電鏡顯微技術和單顆粒三維重建方法穫得BmCPV(傢蠶質多角體);CSBV(中蜂囊狀幼蟲病痛毒);C6/36DNV(C6/36濃覈病毒)的三維結構體數據,用空間低通濾波時體數據矢量場進行處理併進行三維顯示,較原來的顯示,提高瞭信譟比,增彊瞭顯示穩定性與顯示質量.病毒每箇錶麵細節和軸上突起更加清晰可見.

We present a novel method using a low pass filter to correct three-dimensional (3D) display in electron cryo-microscopy single particle reconstruction. SNR is increased after passing the filter. As a result, the methed has improvied both stability and performance of 3D display our method can be applied to process 1.3 nm(resolution) BmCPV (Bombyx mori Cytoplasmic Polyhedrosis Virus), 2.5 nm CSBV (Chinese Sacbrood Bee Virus), and 1.4 nm C6/36DNV(Bensonucleosis Virus) with the satisfied results.
