以太网无源光网络(EPON)将千兆以太网与无源光纤接入的优势相结合,实现低成本、高速、远距离接入。EPON中光分路器耦合器(Splitter/Couple)与每个光网络单元的距离各不相同,传输延时也不同,来自不同ONU的数据帧可能在OLT处出现碰撞冲突。为实现EPON系统上行TDMA接入,用OPNET创建了一个光网络节点模型且确定合适的参数进行了EPON测距的仿真分析。提出了时间标签法测距方案,仿真分析表明该方案的可行性与优越性。

The Ethernet Passive Optical Network (EPON) has unified the advantage of gigabit ethernet and passive optical fiber access, realizes the low cost, high speed and long-distance access. In EPON the distance between the optical Split- ter/coupler and each light network element is various, the transmission delay is also various, it is possible that there is the collision conflict from the different ONU data frame in OLT. In order to realize the upstream TDMA access of the EPON system, a optical node model is established by OPNET software, and the appropriate pa-rameters are deter- mined to make a simulation analysis of the EPON ranging. The time label method is proposed, the simulation analysis shows this method is feasible and the superior.
