Domestic and international judicial,academia or even legislature has done some research on how to legislate the unbalance of penalty measurement,domestic voice opinions of requiring the standardized sentencing reform become more and more intense.The Supreme People＇s Court of the People＇s Republic of China（SPC） also published some trial documents about standardized sentencing.In recent years,juvenile delinquency has became a key point which attracts the attentions of the people in the field of academia and practitioners,but researches on standardized sentencing still need to be deepen.This article is about standardized sentencing of juvenile delinquency to call on the people in the field of academia and practitioners＇ attention.
