基于STC单片机的智能温度测控系统,是以STC89C51单片机为控制器,由温度传感器DS18B20、JHD12232D液晶显示器、按键、报警控制等模块构成。该系统由DS18B20检测温度,然后通过单总线将温度信号传送到STC单片机进行处理,最后将实际温度值送到液晶显示器JHD12232D并显示出来。控温部分使用按键人性化的设置温度上下限,从而实现对温度的检测与控制。结果表明,系统温度测量精度为0.1℃,同时操作方便,人性化,能够满足实际应用要求。

Intelligence temperature system of measure and control based on single-chip microcomputer,which regards STC89C51 single chip as the control system,and is composed of temperature sensor called DS18B20,LCD JHD12232D,button,alarm and control.Firstly measures temperature by DS18B20,then transmits digital signals of temperature to microcomputer through 1-wire bus,and processes them.At last,transmits real temperature values to LCD,and the buttons were used to set the upper and lower limit of temperature.Accordingly,the measure and control of the temperature are realized.The results show that the accuracy of the temperature system is 0.1 ℃,meanwhile,the system easy to operate,humanization,meets the requirement of practical application.
