本文针对农村光纤到户初期覆盖PON网络,提出了一种能够实现工程快速扩容的新方法。与传统模式相比,新方法能够通过充分利旧分纤箱、纤芯等资源进行局部快速扩容实施。试点工程案例分析显示,新方法在户均投资、施工难度和工期、后期扩容预留等方面均有明显优势。

In this paper, we propose a new method for the rapid expansion for rural fiber-to-the-home passive optical network. Compared with the traditional method, it can be implemented by reusing the original fiber boxes, fiber core and other resources with second optical splitter. A case study shows that the new method has obvious advantages in terms of average investment, construction difficulty, project duration and post-expansion reserved etc.
