介绍1980年～1991年B超误诊肾脏占位病变31例.病例均经手术及病理证实.其中良恶性误诊19例(61.3%),部位错误5例(16.1%).误诊最多的为肾盂癌,肾结核.对误诊原因进行了讨论.

31 cases of renal spaca-occupying lesions were misdiagnosed by ultrasonic examination from 1980 to 1991 and all were verified by surgery and pathology.19 cases of qualitatiVe misdiagnosis (61.3%)and 5 cases of locational misdiagnosis(16.1%)were found among all the cases,Renal pelvis cancer and renal tuberculosisar are the principal misdiagnosis and the causes of misdiagnosis were also dis-cussed.
