目的：探讨在 ICU 护理中，采用静脉留置针方法的临床效果。方法选取2012年5月至2013年5月间在我院 ICU 科输液患者120例，随机均分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组采用头皮针进行输液，观察组则采用安全型静脉留置针输液。结果观察组患者的一次性穿刺成功率为90.0%，血液污染率为10%，对照组一次性穿刺成功率为71.7%，血液污染率为26.7%。且观察组患者的平均穿刺次数和抢救时间均比对照组少，差异均具有统计学意义。结论安全型静脉留置针在 ICU 护理应用中安全可靠、便捷可行、还可以减少患者的痛苦，减轻护理人员的工作量，值得临床推广使用。
목적：탐토재 ICU 호리중，채용정맥류치침방법적림상효과。방법선취2012년5월지2013년5월간재아원 ICU 과수액환자120례，수궤균분위관찰조화대조조각60례。대조조채용두피침진행수액，관찰조칙채용안전형정맥류치침수액。결과관찰조환자적일차성천자성공솔위90.0%，혈액오염솔위10%，대조조일차성천자성공솔위71.7%，혈액오염솔위26.7%。차관찰조환자적평균천자차수화창구시간균비대조조소，차이균구유통계학의의。결론안전형정맥류치침재 ICU 호리응용중안전가고、편첩가행、환가이감소환자적통고，감경호리인원적공작량，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To study in the ICU, the clinical effect of intravenous indwelling needle method. Methods In May 2012 to May 2013 in our hospital ICU transfusion patients of 120 cases randomly divided into observation group and control group (n=60). Control group using scalp needle to infusion, observation group adopt safe infusion venous indwelling needle. Results The observation group of patients with one-time success rate of puncture was 90.0%, the blood pollution rate was 10%, the control of one-time success rate of puncture was 71.7%, the blood pollution at a rate of 26.7%. And observation group of patients with the average number of puncture and rescue time are less than the control group, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Secure venous indwelling needle in the ICU application safe, reliable, convenient and feasible, and can also reduce the pain of patients, reduce the workload of nursing personnel, worthy of clinical use.
