目的 探讨非酒精性单纯脂肪肝(sNAFLD)患者血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ 1型受体相关蛋白内源性配体(apelin)水平的变化.方法 采用酶联免疫法测定42例sNAFLD患者和25例正常健康人空腹血浆apelin水平,分析其水平与体重指数、腰围、腰臀比、血压、空腹血糖、空腹血清胰岛素、稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数、血脂等的关系.结果 sNAFLD组的血浆apelin水平高于正常对照组(P<0.05);血浆apelin水平与体重指数、空腹血糖、收缩压、低密度脂蛋白、腰围、腰臀比、总胆固醇、空腹血清胰岛素、稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数呈正相关(r=0.294~0.802,P<0.05);多元线性回归分析表明,总胆同醇、胰岛素抵抗指数分别是影响血浆apelin水平的独立相关因素.结论 血浆apelin水平与胰岛素抵抗和脂代谢紊乱有关,并可能与sNAFLD的发生、发展具有一定的相关性.
目的 探討非酒精性單純脂肪肝(sNAFLD)患者血漿血管緊張素Ⅱ 1型受體相關蛋白內源性配體(apelin)水平的變化.方法 採用酶聯免疫法測定42例sNAFLD患者和25例正常健康人空腹血漿apelin水平,分析其水平與體重指數、腰圍、腰臀比、血壓、空腹血糖、空腹血清胰島素、穩態模型胰島素牴抗指數、血脂等的關繫.結果 sNAFLD組的血漿apelin水平高于正常對照組(P<0.05);血漿apelin水平與體重指數、空腹血糖、收縮壓、低密度脂蛋白、腰圍、腰臀比、總膽固醇、空腹血清胰島素、穩態模型胰島素牴抗指數呈正相關(r=0.294~0.802,P<0.05);多元線性迴歸分析錶明,總膽同醇、胰島素牴抗指數分彆是影響血漿apelin水平的獨立相關因素.結論 血漿apelin水平與胰島素牴抗和脂代謝紊亂有關,併可能與sNAFLD的髮生、髮展具有一定的相關性.
목적 탐토비주정성단순지방간(sNAFLD)환자혈장혈관긴장소Ⅱ 1형수체상관단백내원성배체(apelin)수평적변화.방법 채용매련면역법측정42례sNAFLD환자화25례정상건강인공복혈장apelin수평,분석기수평여체중지수、요위、요둔비、혈압、공복혈당、공복혈청이도소、은태모형이도소저항지수、혈지등적관계.결과 sNAFLD조적혈장apelin수평고우정상대조조(P<0.05);혈장apelin수평여체중지수、공복혈당、수축압、저밀도지단백、요위、요둔비、총담고순、공복혈청이도소、은태모형이도소저항지수정정상관(r=0.294~0.802,P<0.05);다원선성회귀분석표명,총담동순、이도소저항지수분별시영향혈장apelin수평적독립상관인소.결론 혈장apelin수평여이도소저항화지대사문란유관,병가능여sNAFLD적발생、발전구유일정적상관성.
Objective To investigate the changes of apelin levels of type 1 receptor associated protein of angiotensin Ⅱ and its correlation factors in patients with simple nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (sNAFLD). Methods Fasting plasma apelin was detected by enzyme linked immunosor- bent assay (ELISA) in 42 patients with sNAFLD and 25 healthy controls,and its relationship with body mass index,waistline,waist-to-hip ratio,blood pressure,fasting plasma glucose,fast- ing serum insulin,homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) and blood lipid was analyzed. Results Fasting plasma apelin levels in sNAFLD group were significantly higher when compared with controls,and positively correlated with body mass index,fasting plasma glucose,systolic blood pressure,lower-density lipoprotein,waistline,waist-to-hip ratio, total cholesterol,fasting serum insulin and HOMA-IR (r=0.294~0.802,P <0.05). Multiple re- gression analysis showed that HOMA-IR and total cholesterol were independent correlation factors to plasma apelin levels. Conclusion The changes of apelin levels are associated with insulin re- sistance and dyslipidosis,and may contribute in part to the pathogenesis of sNAFLD.
