This paper summarized the advantages of two-stage cascaded PON in the full-service business networking planning through the comparative analysis of traditional ODN and two-stage cascaded PON, including spectral attenuation in the optical link, resource consumption, investment, expansion, equipment maintenance. Accordingly, it provided the networking planning in the applicable scenarios, such as multi-storey residential, high-rise residential, cluster market.
