An intense air stream surge due to the partial wear of balance disc leads to an abnormal increase of oil leakage on floating ring seal of syngas compressor,a stable production can be achieved by reducing the compressor running speed to control the intense air flow surge;to repair the balance disc or replace the rotor may solve the problem fundamentally and after the repair various index of compressor are back to normal and a stable running of machine set realized.
