目的了解目标社区老年人中医"知信行"现状及其与生存质量的关系.方法选取广州市荔湾区两社区的老年居民200人,采用经德尔斐专家咨询法设计的中医知信行问卷及SF-36生存质量量表进行中医"知信行"及生存质量调查,比较两社区老年人中医"知信行"情况及生存质量,并运用相关分析法分析中医"知信行"与生存质量间的关系.结果两社区的中医知信行得分与生存质量得分比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),中医社区优于普通社区.直线相关分析显示,中医知信行得分越高,生存质量中的身体功能(PF)、身体问题-角色限制(RP)、身体疼痛(BP)、健康感受(GH)、精神健康(MH)的得分越高.结论建立"有中医药特色"社区对在社区人群中普及中医知识、信念和行为方面具有显著的效果,并能提高老年居民的生存质量.

Objective To investigate the current situation of the target community elders ? TCM knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP),and analyze the relationship between their TCM KAP and quality of life (QOL).Methods About 200 elders from two communities(one TCM demonstration community and one normal community)were selected as objects.A self-designed KAP questionnaire and SF-36 questionnaire were used to investigate their knowledge,attitude and behavior of TCM,as well as their QOL The situation of TCM KAP and QOL were compared between the two communities,and relative statistical methods were applied to analyze the relationship between the two sets of variables mentioned above.Results Comparing with the elders dwelling in normal community,those in TCM demonstration community had better scores on TCM KAP and several items of QOL,and the difference has statistical significance(P＜0.05).The results of Bivariate Correlation analysis revealed that the higher scores on TCM KAP,the better scores on PF,RP,BP,GH,Mhof QOL.Conclusion The construction of community with the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has notable effects on propagating TCM knowledge,attitude and practice in community elders,and enhancing the quality of life of the elders.
