T细胞介导的免疫应答在肿瘤免疫中起到重要作用,而T细胞的活化过程又依赖于双信号和细胞因子,其中活化的第二信号来自协同刺激分子,协同刺激分子中B7/CD28家族成员在肿瘤免疫中发挥着重要作用.B7家族新成员B7-H4是T淋巴细胞免疫应答的负性调控因子,可抑制T细胞的增殖和细胞因子的产生,其与肿瘤的发生发展有着重要的关系,可作为肿瘤诊断和治疗的新靶点.

T cell-mediated immune responses play an important role in tumor immunity. T-cell activation relies on double-signal and cytokines functions, and co-stimulatory molecules are the second signal of activation, B7/CD28 family members of co-stimulatory molecules play a major role in tumor immunity. B7-H4 is anew member of B7 family, and it is a negative factor in T lymphocyte immune response. B7-H4 can inhibit proliferation of T lymphocytes and the production of cytokines. B7-H4 is associated with the generation and progression of tumor , it may be a new target in the diagnosis and treatment of tumor.
