目的 观察扶正升白汤对中晚期肺癌同期放化疗中白细胞减少症发生率的影响.方法 将60例肺癌同期放化疗的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组放化疗中同时配合扶正升白汤60ml,每次20ml,每日3次,口服.对照组从第1次同期放化疗开始使用安慰剂10 ml +20 ml生理盐水,每日3次,口服.两组患者均采用6 MeV加速器X线或钴-60γ射线常规分割外照射(1.8~2.0 Gy/次,5次/周),一般先采用前胸及后背两野对穿照射DT40Gy,然后避开脊髓,对原发灶再加量至总量60~70 Gy.化疗方案为:顺铂25 mg/m2(第1~3天),VP-16 100 mg/m2(第1~3天),每21天重复×6个周期.在第1个周期化疗开始给予放疗.结果 两组白细胞减少分级比较:治疗组发生白细胞减少分级为Ⅱ、Ⅲ级的患者分别为5、0例,与对照组的16、6例比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组发生白细胞减少率较对照组明显降低.结论 扶正升白汤对中晚期肺癌同期放化疗期间白细胞的减少有一定的预防作用.
目的 觀察扶正升白湯對中晚期肺癌同期放化療中白細胞減少癥髮生率的影響.方法 將60例肺癌同期放化療的患者隨機分為治療組和對照組,治療組放化療中同時配閤扶正升白湯60ml,每次20ml,每日3次,口服.對照組從第1次同期放化療開始使用安慰劑10 ml +20 ml生理鹽水,每日3次,口服.兩組患者均採用6 MeV加速器X線或鈷-60γ射線常規分割外照射(1.8~2.0 Gy/次,5次/週),一般先採用前胸及後揹兩野對穿照射DT40Gy,然後避開脊髓,對原髮竈再加量至總量60~70 Gy.化療方案為:順鉑25 mg/m2(第1~3天),VP-16 100 mg/m2(第1~3天),每21天重複×6箇週期.在第1箇週期化療開始給予放療.結果 兩組白細胞減少分級比較:治療組髮生白細胞減少分級為Ⅱ、Ⅲ級的患者分彆為5、0例,與對照組的16、6例比較差異有統計學意義(P<0.05).治療組髮生白細胞減少率較對照組明顯降低.結論 扶正升白湯對中晚期肺癌同期放化療期間白細胞的減少有一定的預防作用.
목적 관찰부정승백탕대중만기폐암동기방화료중백세포감소증발생솔적영향.방법 장60례폐암동기방화료적환자수궤분위치료조화대조조,치료조방화료중동시배합부정승백탕60ml,매차20ml,매일3차,구복.대조조종제1차동기방화료개시사용안위제10 ml +20 ml생리염수,매일3차,구복.량조환자균채용6 MeV가속기X선혹고-60γ사선상규분할외조사(1.8~2.0 Gy/차,5차/주),일반선채용전흉급후배량야대천조사DT40Gy,연후피개척수,대원발조재가량지총량60~70 Gy.화료방안위:순박25 mg/m2(제1~3천),VP-16 100 mg/m2(제1~3천),매21천중복×6개주기.재제1개주기화료개시급여방료.결과 량조백세포감소분급비교:치료조발생백세포감소분급위Ⅱ、Ⅲ급적환자분별위5、0례,여대조조적16、6례비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).치료조발생백세포감소솔교대조조명현강저.결론 부정승백탕대중만기폐암동기방화료기간백세포적감소유일정적예방작용.
Objective To observe the effect of fuzheng shengbai decoction on incidence of leucopenia of patients with advanced lung cancer during chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in the same period.Methods Sixty patients with lung cancer underwent chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in the same period were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,patients in the treatment group were given radiotherapy and chemotherapy at the same time,fuzheng shengbai decoction 60 ml,each time 20 ml,three times daily.Patients in the control group were given from the first time of chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy,placebo 10ml +20 ml normal saline,three times a day.Two groups of patients were using 6 MeV accelerator or cobalt-60γ X-ray conventional fractionated external beam irradiation ( 1.8 - 2.0 Gy/time,5 times/week),generally use the first field on the chest and back,wearing two light DT 40 Gy,and to avoid spinal cord,together with the original tumor volume to total 60 - 70 Gy.Chemotherapy regimens are:cisplatin 25 mg/m2 ( dl - 3 ),VP-16 100 mg/m2 ( dl -3),every 21 days repeated × 6 cycles.Radiotherapy was given at the first cycle of chemotherapy.Results There were neutropenia grade comparison:leukopenia grade level Ⅱ,Ⅲ occured in 5,0 cases in treatment group,16,6 cases in the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups ( P <0.05).The incidence of neutropenia in treatment group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusions fuzheng shengbai decoction can prevent the occurrence of leukopenia.
