选取初次就诊的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者和健康对照者各85例,测定血清铁蛋白(SF)、血清铁(SI)、总铁结合力(TIBC)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TS)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性,以及血清丙二醛(MDA)浓度.与对照组相比,T2DM患者SF、SI和TS水平显著升高(P<0.01),TIBC显著降低(P<0.01),SOD和GSH-PX活性明显升高(均为P<0.01),血清MDA水平也明显高于对照组(P<0.01).显示调查的T2DM患者铁负荷较高,并伴随抗氧化酶活性升高而升高,可能与T2DM的发病有关.

선취초차취진적2형당뇨병(T2DM)환자화건강대조자각85례,측정혈청철단백(SF)、혈청철(SI)、총철결합력(TIBC)、전철단백포화도(TS)、혈청초양화물기화매(SOD)화곡광감태과양화물매(GSH-PX)활성,이급혈청병이철(MDA)농도.여대조조상비,T2DM환자SF、SI화TS수평현저승고(P<0.01),TIBC현저강저(P<0.01),SOD화GSH-PX활성명현승고(균위P<0.01),혈청MDA수평야명현고우대조조(P<0.01).현시조사적T2DM환자철부하교고,병반수항양화매활성승고이승고,가능여T2DM적발병유관.
Eighty-five type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients and 85 matched healthy adults were recruited in this study, and the fasting blood samples were collected and assayed for serum ferritin (SF), serum iron (SI), total iron-binding capacity (TIBC), total-superoxide dismutase (T-SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), and malondialdehyde (MDA). In comparison with the controls, the T2DM patients had higher SF, SI, and TS levels (all P<0.01), and decreased TIBC value (P<0.01). The activities of T-SOD and levels of GSH-PX and MDA in the patients were higher than in controls (all P<0.01).In conclusion,the T2DM patients are iron-overloaded relatively, which might be a risk factor for T2DM
