目的:探讨中西医结合在治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的疗效.方法:42例儿童肱骨髁上骨折患者随机两组,治疗组采用手法复位后再用夹板固定,配合中药活血化瘀汤治疗;而对照组单纯采用手法复位后再用夹板固定治疗;并随访观察骨折不愈合和肘关节活动改善情况.结果:本组42例,均在4～8周内临床愈合.经6个月～2年随访,治疗组优良18例,对照组优良15例.两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:用中西结合的方法治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折效果好.

Objective:To study the clinical effects of occlusive replacement plus the small splint external fixation over elbow joint treatments on supracondylar fracture in straightened humerus in children.Methods:This article summarize the treatments in 42 children cases of humeral supracondylar fracture from 2001 to 2008.They were all treated with occlusive replacement plus the small splint external fixation over elbow joint.Results:12 elbow (57.1%) were rated as excellent,6 (28.6%) as good,3 (14.3%) as poor in the experiment group and the excellent and good rate of the cases was 18.while the excellent and good rate of the cases was 15 in the control group.Conclusion:This treatment to humeral supracondylar fracture in childern has little complication and sequela,short course and good functional recovery.It's a good method to treat children supracondylar fracture in straightened humerus.
