从印楝植物内生真菌棘孢曲霉(Aspergillus aculeatus)YM 311498的发酵液提取物中分离得到4个化合物,通过波谱技术分别鉴定为大黄酚(1)、大黄素(2)、琥珀酸(3)、柠檬酸二甲酯(4),以上化合物均为首次从该种真菌中分离得到.
從印楝植物內生真菌棘孢麯黴(Aspergillus aculeatus)YM 311498的髮酵液提取物中分離得到4箇化閤物,通過波譜技術分彆鑒定為大黃酚(1)、大黃素(2)、琥珀痠(3)、檸檬痠二甲酯(4),以上化閤物均為首次從該種真菌中分離得到.

Four compounds were obtained from the broth extract of an endophytic fungus Aspergillus aculeatus YM 311498,isolated from Azadirachta indica A. Juss. Their structures were identified to be chrysophanol(1) ,emodin(2), succinic acid(3) and 1,5-dimethyl citrate(4) by spectral methods. All of them were isolated from the fungus Aspergillus aculeatus for the first time.
