为提高45钢的表面硬度,达到表面改性的目的,对表面镀镍的45钢进行了激光表面合金化,对合金化的表面进行了定性和定量分析.结果表明:合金化层组织为细小的枝晶,明显优于基体组织;合金化层平均硬度比基材提高3倍.
為提高45鋼的錶麵硬度,達到錶麵改性的目的,對錶麵鍍鎳的45鋼進行瞭激光錶麵閤金化,對閤金化的錶麵進行瞭定性和定量分析.結果錶明:閤金化層組織為細小的枝晶,明顯優于基體組織;閤金化層平均硬度比基材提高3倍.

For enhancing hardness and achieving surface modification, the superficial nickel plating 45 steel was carried out by laser surface alloying, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis on the alloy quality were carried out. The qualitative analysis mainly aimed at the change of the alloy surface's microstructure. The quantitative analysis mainly aimed at the difference of alloy surface micro-hardness. The results indicate that, the microstructure with tiny crystal of alloying surface surpasss the substrate's. The average level of surface micro-hardness is 3 times in contrast with the substrate's.
