针对油品体积易受环境温度影响,导致LTC体积流量计测量准确度下降问题,给出了一种基于BP神经网络的油品体积温度误差补偿方法,采用Levenberg-Marquardt(LM)算法进行训练,利用神经网络良好的非线性映射能力,根据实际工作参数训练网络,得到体积修正补偿系数,算法通过可编程序控制器PLC实现,从而达到油品流量误差的智能补偿.应用温度误差补偿方法,保证了测量的正确性,并提高油库生产的计量精度和生产效率.

Temperature can easily affect the volume of oil,which leads to the problem of inaccuracy of LTC volume flowmeter.The paper puts forward a temperature compensation method based on the BP neural network for oil product.Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm which is realized by PLC and the excellent nonlinear mapping ability of neural network are used to obtained volume correction coefficient.Based on the practical work parameter training network,this method realizes the intelligent compensation of the flow errs of the oil product.By using this method,the measurement precision and the production efficiency of the oil production will be improved.
