应力腐蚀破裂对压力容器的安全运行危害性较大,不易早期发现。预防压力容器的应力腐蚀破裂,要从设计选材、制造工艺、使用管理、运行工艺流程等环节着手,严格执行有关规范和管理规定,高度重视压力容器的定期检验工作,杜绝违章操作。

Stress--corrosion cracking poses a significant threat to the safe operation of pressure vessels and is easy to be overlooked in its early stage. To avoid the cracking, one must be sure that every step from designing, material options, manufacturing and management to operation should follow the regulations and institutions strictly. A regular inspection of the vessels should play an important role and the violations of operational rules must be ruled out.
