目的观察芝麻油对家蚕寿命的影响.方法以家蚕为实验对象,取龄期相同,生长整齐的三眠蚕随机分为5组,即空白对照组,芝麻油高、中、低剂量组,六味地黄丸阳性对照组.使用涂抹法将药液涂于新鲜桑叶上喂食,4龄期内喂药3次,5龄期内喂药6次.结果芝麻油高、中、低荆量可显著延长家蚕幼虫期和全生存期的时间,能显著地延长五龄期家蚕耐饥饿时间(P＜0.01或P＜0.05).结论芝麻油在延缓衰老方面,具有进一步研究开发的价值.

Objective To observe the effects of sesame oil on the lifespan of silkworm. Methods Silk-worm was adopted as study object. The silkworms at the same age were randomly divided into five groups,which included the contrasting group, groups receiving fructus cannabis oil in large, medium and small doses and a group receiving liuweidihuangwan. To smear the sesame oil and the liquid containing liuweidihuangwan on the fresh mulberry leaves respectively, and feed the leaves to the different groups of silkworms 3 times at the 4th aging stage and 6 times at the 5th aging stage respectively. Results The lifespan of the groups receiv-ing large, medium and small doses of the sesame oil was apparently increased compared with the contrasting group ( P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05 ). Compared with the contrasting group, the silkworms receiving sesame oil can endure hunger for a longer time at their 5th aging stage( P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusion It is worthy to further study the anti -aging function of sesame oil
