目的:探讨角膜嵌顿的眼前段玻璃纤维异物的取出新法.方法:以1.4 mm矛形刀穿刺前房,视玻璃纤维直径及刺入深度,酌情采用眼用粘弹剂或眼内灌注液加深前房,使玻璃纤维自晶状体、虹膜退出或使其前端产生足够的操作空间,然后以自制7#驱逐针头托玻璃纤维后退,以显微持针器轻轻夹持退出部分全部拔除.结果:本组7例(7眼)角膜嵌顿的眼前段玻璃纤维异物,全部被安全快捷地取出,无一发生手术误伤及手术并发症,且术后反应均很轻微.结论:本手术方法不仅特别适用于取出角膜嵌顿的眼前段玻璃纤维异物,也可用于取出其他类似比较坚挺光滑的异物,如铅笔芯等.对取出比较松软之金属细丝、木刺等异物,有时也有一定帮助.

목적:탐토각막감돈적안전단파리섬유이물적취출신법.방법:이1.4 mm모형도천자전방,시파리섬유직경급자입심도,작정채용안용점탄제혹안내관주액가심전방,사파리섬유자정상체、홍막퇴출혹사기전단산생족구적조작공간,연후이자제7#구축침두탁파리섬유후퇴,이현미지침기경경협지퇴출부분전부발제.결과:본조7례(7안)각막감돈적안전단파리섬유이물,전부피안전쾌첩지취출,무일발생수술오상급수술병발증,차술후반응균흔경미.결론:본수술방법불부특별괄용우취출각막감돈적안전단파리섬유이물,야가용우취출기타유사비교견정광활적이물,여연필심등.대취출비교송연지금속세사、목자등이물,유시야유일정방조.
·AIM:To explore a new technique for removal of anterior segment fiberglass intraocular foreign bodies.·METHODS:Seven patients had fiberglass foreign bodies in their intraocular anterior segments that still embedded in the cornea.These fiberglass foreign bodies of anterior segment were all removed by a new technique using an expelling syringe needle safely and quickly.The new technique began with paracentesis performed by 1.4mm V-Lance Knives. According to the size of fiberglass and its depth extending into anterior segment,the expelling syringe needle was used to inject viscoelastic material or intraocular perfusate to deepen the anterior chamber and make enough operational space in front of fiberglass.Then the "spoon" of the syringe needle was placed at the frontend of the fiberglass to support it to back off.Its recessional part was grasped gently to remove it all by microsurgical needle holders.·RESULTS:Foreign bodies in all the 7 cases were removed safely and quickly with minimal complications.·CONCLUSION:This technique is an excellent method for removal of anterior segment fiberglass intraocular foreign bodies embedded in the cornea. It can also be used to remove other firm and slippery ones such as pencil core,and sometimes it is helpful for removal of floppy metallic filament,wooden spines,etc.
