设计高g微阵列传感器在受到150 000 g.加速度冲击作用下,它的电气性能良好.通过对改进封装后加速度传感器引线拉伸试验数据进行分析,利用模糊优化理论优点对试验数据进行模糊计算,得出最佳的精确焊接丁艺参数.对不同工艺参数的传感器样品在霍普金森杆上进行冲击破坏试验,实验结果表明,在148 000 g_n加速度冲击作用冲击下,传感器仍能正常工作,基本满足设计要求.

A high g array accelerometer to stand the test of a heavy acceleration is designed.It has a good effect of electrical specifications under the accelecation shock of 1.5×10~5g_n.Through the data analysis from accelerometes lead wire pulling test after inproving its solding seal processing and application of the merits of the fuzzy optimization theory to the calcalation of the testing data,the best precious wilding technological parameter is abtained.And the impact fracture experiment to the different technological parameters of sensor sample on the Hopkinson pole was carried out.The experimental results indicated that the impact of effect under the 148 000 g_n acceleration shock,the sensor still could work normally,the high g accelerometer satisfies the design requirements.
