有多种方法可消除或减少压裂后支撑剂的回流,其中纤维技术最具发展潜力。为了评价纤维的性能,开展了纤维加入对支撑剂导流能力影响的实验研究。结果表明:纤维对支撑剂导流能力的影响存在一个最优纤维加量浓度;纤维对不同粒径的支撑剂影响也不同;纤维的加入须选择合适的时间,否则会影响支撑剂的导流能力;加入纤维后支撑剂在不同铺砂浓度下的导流能力有一定差距,铺砂浓度越高,导流能力越强。
有多種方法可消除或減少壓裂後支撐劑的迴流,其中纖維技術最具髮展潛力。為瞭評價纖維的性能,開展瞭纖維加入對支撐劑導流能力影響的實驗研究。結果錶明:纖維對支撐劑導流能力的影響存在一箇最優纖維加量濃度;纖維對不同粒徑的支撐劑影響也不同;纖維的加入鬚選擇閤適的時間,否則會影響支撐劑的導流能力;加入纖維後支撐劑在不同鋪砂濃度下的導流能力有一定差距,鋪砂濃度越高,導流能力越彊。

In order to avoid the backflow of the proppant after fracturing, many methods have been proposed to remove or diminish the backflow in oilfield. The fiber technology has the best potential. To evaluate the performance of the fiber, the impact of fiber on proppant conductivity is studied. Experiment results show that there is a optimum fiber concentration which can influence the conductivity. Under different particle diameter, fiber influences conductivity differently. The optimal time of fiber adding is important, because adding the fiber prematurely or too late will impact the conductivity. Under different proppant concentration, the impact of adding fiber on conductivity is different, that is, the higher the proppant concentration, the higher the conductivity. The result is significant for practical fracturing design.
