检察院对法院民事执行行为具有不同的检察监督方式,不同地方采用了不同做法,抗诉、检察建议、纠正违法通知书等方式的运用略显冗杂,缺乏统一标准。刚刚公布的《民事诉讼法修正案（草案）》虽然从立法层面对检察监督方式进行了相应的厘清,但修缮范围有限,并不能完全解决今后民事执行检察监督方式适用杂乱的问题。域外其他国家和地区的立法具有相对明晰的检察监督方式体系,值得我国借鉴、整改。
