CD4+CD25调节性T细胞是T细胞中具有免疫调节功能的主要细胞群,在调节免疫应答和维持外周免疫耐受中起重要作用.CD4+CD25调节性T细胞的数量减少或功能缺失可能导致自身免疫病的发生.斑秃是一种T细胞介导的累及毛囊的器官特异性自身免疫性疾病.斑秃的动物实验和临床研究均发现,斑秃时存在CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞异常,提示CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞可能参与了斑秃的自身免疫发病机制.

CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells (Tregs),a predominant cell subset with immunomodulatory properties,play an important role in the modulation of immune response and maintenance of peripheral immune tolerance.The dysfunction or deficiency of Tregs may induce the development of various autoimmune diseases.Alopecia areata (AA) is an organ-specific,T-cell mediated autoimmune disease of hair follicles.Studies have revealed abnormal changes of Tregs in animal models of and patients with AA,indicating that Tregs may be involved in the pathogenesis of AA.
