目的 从形态上证实γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)神经元参与脊髓中间外侧柱胆碱能调节反应,参与热应激时下丘脑对高温调节反应. 方法 出生后6周的C57BL小鼠按随机数字表法分为正常对照组和热刺激组,取颈胸端脊髓及下丘脑组织切片,采用免疫组化双标记方法观察小鼠胸脊髓中间外侧柱胆碱能神经元标志物胆碱乙酰转移酶(CHAT)和谷氨酸脱羧酶65(GAD65)的免疫标记情况以及热应激后下丘脑TRPV4及GAD65分别和c-FOS的免疫双标记.结果 中间外侧柱交感神经节前神经元存在ChAT和GAD65免疫荧光双标记.热激活后,下丘脑热敏感神经元与GABA能神经元存在双标记.结论 GABA能神经元可能参与中间外侧柱交感神经节前胆碱能神经元调节,以及参与下丘脑对高温的反应.
目的 從形態上證實γ-氨基丁痠(GABA)神經元參與脊髓中間外側柱膽堿能調節反應,參與熱應激時下丘腦對高溫調節反應. 方法 齣生後6週的C57BL小鼠按隨機數字錶法分為正常對照組和熱刺激組,取頸胸耑脊髓及下丘腦組織切片,採用免疫組化雙標記方法觀察小鼠胸脊髓中間外側柱膽堿能神經元標誌物膽堿乙酰轉移酶(CHAT)和穀氨痠脫羧酶65(GAD65)的免疫標記情況以及熱應激後下丘腦TRPV4及GAD65分彆和c-FOS的免疫雙標記.結果 中間外側柱交感神經節前神經元存在ChAT和GAD65免疫熒光雙標記.熱激活後,下丘腦熱敏感神經元與GABA能神經元存在雙標記.結論 GABA能神經元可能參與中間外側柱交感神經節前膽堿能神經元調節,以及參與下丘腦對高溫的反應.

Objective To confirm the regulative effects of GABA neurons on the cholinergic of intermediolateral column of the spinal cord and explore the expressions of GABA neurons in the hypothalamus following thermal stimulation from the point of morphology. Methods C57BL rats born for 6 weeks were randomized into normal control group and thermal stimulation group. The tissue slices from the cervical and thoracic spinal cords and the hypothalamus were got and performed immunohistochemical double labeling to observe the expressions of choline acetyltransferase (ChAT) and glutamic acid decarboxylase-65 (GAD65) in intermediolateral column of the spinal cord and to determine the co-expressions of GABA neurons with c-Fos protein and TRPV with c-Fos protein after heat exposure. Results The GABA maker GAD65 was co-expressed with cholinergic neurons in the intermediolateral column of the spinal cord; so was the GABA neurons with c-Fos protein and TRPV with c-Fos protein in the hypothalamus after heat exposure. Conclusion GABA-ergie neuron may involve in the modulation of acetylcholine releasing in the spinal cord and in the thermoregulation of PO/AH.
