目的探讨通过眶上裂路径沟通颅眶的颅底脑膜瘤的特点、手术方式及术中处理要点.方法总结我院2007年1月至2010年1月采用眶-翼点入路显微手术治疗60例通过眶上裂沟通颅眶的颅底脑膜瘤的临床资料,对该类肿瘤的特殊性及手术方式要点进行分析.结果显微手术治疗60例肿瘤,全切56例,次全切3例,大部切除1例,肿瘤全切率为93％.结论对于该类颅眶沟通性脑膜瘤行眶-翼点入路显微手术是较好的手术方式,术后结合放疗,明显可减少复发.

Objective To study the characteristics and growth patterns of skull base meningioma communicating the orbit and cranial cavity via superior orbital fissure,and to discuss the surgical methods and intraoperative management.Methods A retrospective review of the clinical data of 60 patients underwent microsurgical treatment through orbito -peronal approach for cranio -orbital communicating skull base meningiomas in our department between Jan 2007 and Jan 2010 was performed to study the specificity of this kind of tumors and the key - points of operation method.Results Total tumor resection was achieved in 56 of 60 cases,subtotal resection in 3,and part resection in 1.The rate of total resection was 93％.Conclusions Microsurgical resection through orbito -peronal approach is suitable for skull base meningioma communicating the orbit and cranial cavity via superior orbital fissure.Postoperation treatment such as radiotherapy could reduce the recurrence rate.
