经对淡水鱼所需5种动物性饵料测定,其总脂量和脂肪酸含量,新鲜虫体明显高于干制虫体,新鲜虫体中,尤以霍甫水丝蚓(LimnodrilusHoffmeisteri)为佳,其总脂量占干重的18.68%,不饱和脂肪酸(UFA)含量占总脂肪酸含量的58.89%,除必需脂肪酸(EFA)外,霍甫水丝蚓的总脂肪酸含量与饱和脂肪酸(SFA)含量,与其他4种比较,存有显著差异性,而UFA含量,更有极显著差异性.霍甫水丝蚓广布淡水水域,数量极大,营养非常丰富,是鱼类适口性饵料,目前人工繁殖技术日趋成熟,今后应大量培养,与多刺裸腹NFDA1一起混喂,必将提高鱼苗的成活率和极大促进鱼的快速增长.

Through measurement of fat and fatty acids contents of fiveanimal diets, it is found that as fish foods the fresh one is better than the dry one in quality.In the fresh diets Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri(Claperede 1861) is better than the re sts.The total fat content of L.hoffmeisteri is higher than the other four species and makes up 18.68% of its dry weight.The unsaturated fatty acids contents of L.hoffmeisteri makes up 58.89% in its total fatty acids content. It is found that as variance analysis, comparative of the L.hoffmeisteri and the rest four species,the distinct variance existed on the content of unsaturated fatty acids et al.L.hoffmeisteri:a species of aquatic Olgochaete were found in various water areas,the number of it makes up million m-2 in some water areas of Beijing.L.hoffmeisteri:as a species of the living food of fish,the contents of nutrition compositition is very abundant.The technology and method of culture and repr oduction for Olgochaete had gained sucessful experience in the present.It is suggested that fresh diets of the mass culture of the L.hoffmeisteri and Moina maccrocopa can be mix serven as supplements of fish foods to increase the survival rate of fishes and fishes may grow stronger.
