简述了管螺纹粘扣的产生机理及粘扣现象与材料力学之间的关系,以及新TMCP工艺研制石油套管钢的试验材料和方法,重点分析了新TMCP工艺对试验钢组织和力学性能的影响及试验钢性能对套管螺纹抗粘扣性能的影响.分析结果表明,采用新TMCP工艺获得了针状铁素体+马氏体双相组织的石油套管钢,在不降低塑性、韧性的前提下,有效提高了材料的强度、硬度以及加工硬化指数,较好地改善了ERW石油套管钢的抗粘扣性能.

This article brief introduced pipe thread galling generating principle and the relation between galling phenomenon and material mechanics,expatiated newly TMCP process research on oil casing steel test and method,emphasized analysis on newly TMPC process to test steel structure and physical properties and steel properties to casing thread anti-galling effect,analyzed results showed adopting newly TMCP process to achieve AF+M dual-phase microstructure for the casing steel.Under not to lower plasticity and toughness,to effectively increase steel strength,hardness and process vulcanize indexes.This method is better to enhance the anti-galling property of the oil casing steel.
