[目的]探讨先天性小耳畸形手术修复的理想方法.[方法]30例患者,采用皮肤扩张器,行耳后皮肤扩张以提供皮源,以自体肋软骨为耳支架,进行外耳再造.[结果]共30例经8年随访观察,再造耳廓皮瓣颜色、柔软度、感觉功能方面都达到了较好效果,且轮廓清晰,患者基本上都比较满意.[结论]经耳后扩张皮肤后,为耳再造术提供了充足的皮肤,结合自体的肋软骨支架移植,是外耳再造较理想的方法.
[목적]탐토선천성소이기형수술수복적이상방법.[방법]30례환자,채용피부확장기,행이후피부확장이제공피원,이자체륵연골위이지가,진행외이재조.[결과]공30례경8년수방관찰,재조이곽피판안색、유연도、감각공능방면도체도료교호효과,차륜곽청석,환자기본상도비교만의.[결론]경이후확장피부후,위이재조술제공료충족적피부,결합자체적륵연골지가이식,시외이재조교이상적방법.
[Objective] To explore a good surgical procedure for reconstruction of congenital mierotis. [Methods] A total of 30 cases of ear recoustruetion was performed May 1999 to August 2007 using soft tissue skin expander and autogenous rib cartilage framework. [Results] Eight years follow-up showed that the eolour, softy and sensory function of flap of reconstructed ear were satisfied, and the shape of reconstructed ear was clear. [Conclusions] It was a good method for congenital microtia to use soft tissue skin expander together with autogenous rib cartilage framework at present time.
