[目的]探讨泥鳅精子在不同浓度K~+、Na~+、Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)溶液中的活力并确定泥鳅精子激活液的理化因子的最佳浓度参数.[方法]用挤压法采精,通过观察和比较泥鳅精子在不同试验溶液中的活力,研究了几种化学因子对泥鳅精子活力的影响.[结果]在KCl溶液浓度为0.5%时,其中的泥鳅精子活力达到最高,为246 s,此后随KCl溶液浓度的增大而陡降.在NaCl溶液浓度为0.4%时,其中的泥鳅精子活力达到最高,为100 s,低于精子在KCl溶液中的最高活力,此后随NaCl溶液浓度的增大而快速降低.在CaCl_2溶液浓度为0.4%时,其中的泥鳅精子活力达到最高,为27 s,在MgCl_2溶液浓度为0.3%时,其中的泥鳅精子活力达到最高,为20 s,此后精子活力随二者浓度的增加均表现出缓慢下降的趋势.[结论]在鱼类的人工授精过程中,应避免使用高浓度Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)水配制精子激活液.

[Objective] The aim was to discuss the activities of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus sperms in solutions of K~+, Na~+, Ca~(2+) and Mg~(2+) at different concn. and ascertain the optimum concn. parameters of physicochemical factors of activation solution for M. anguillicaudatus sperms. [Method] The sperms were collected by squeezing method and the effects of several chemical factors on the activity of M. anguillicaudatus sperms were studied through observing and comparing their activities in different tested solutions. [Result] The activity of M. anguillicaudatus sperms in KCl solution reached highest when its concn. was 0.5%, being 246 s and then it was decreased sharply along with the increase of the concn. The activity of M. anguillicaudatus sperms in NaCl solution reached highest when its concn. was 0.4%, being 100 s which was lower than the highest activity of sperms in KCl solution, and then it was decreased rapidly along with the increase of the concn. of NaCl solution. The activity of M. anguillicaudatus sperms in CaCl_2 solution reached highest when its concn. was 0.4%, being 27 s and that in MgCl_2 solution reached highest when its concn. was 0.3%, being 20 s, and then the sperm activities showed slow decreasing trend in both the two solutions along with the increase of their concn. [Conclusion] In the artificial fertilization process of fishes, the use of water with Ca~(2+) and Mg~(2+) at high concn. should be avoided in preparing activation solutions for sperms.
