根据异烟肼和铜离子定量反应生成沉淀这一原理,用间接原子吸收光谱法测定药物中异烟肼的含量.探讨了最佳实验条件,在此条件下测定异烟肼线性范围50-500μg/mL,相对标准偏差1.37%,该法简便,快速、易于控制.采用本法测定药物制剂中异烟肼含量所得到的结果与药典法相一致,结果令人满意.

In this chapter,the method of determinating isoniazid indirectly by atomic absorption spectroscopy was based on the reaction of isoniazid with Cu~(2+) forming an insoluble complex in neutral medium.In the experiment,the optimal experimental conditions have been discussed.This proposed method is simple and quick,and is easy to control,and the hnear range of standard curve is 50-500μg/mL with a relative standard deviation of 1.37%.When the method has been applied to determine isoniazid in pharmaceutical preparations with satisfactory results,and the results agreed well with those provided by titration of potassium bromate.
