目的 研究电针对局灶性脑缺血(MCAO)大鼠海马CA1区微循环血流量的影响.方法 应用激光多普勒微循环血流分析仪,实时监测栓线法栓塞大脑中动脉所致局灶性脑缺血大鼠电针人中、内关、曲池、足三里前后大鼠脑海马CA1区微循环血流量的变化.结果 电针人中、内关对MCAO大鼠右侧海马CA1区微循环血流量无明显影响;电针曲池、足三里可使MCAO大鼠右侧海马CA1区微循环血流量降低,与电针前相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 电针曲池、足三里可使MCAO大鼠右侧海马CA1区微循环血流量明显下降.

목적 연구전침대국조성뇌결혈(MCAO)대서해마CA1구미순배혈류량적영향.방법 응용격광다보륵미순배혈류분석의,실시감측전선법전새대뇌중동맥소치국조성뇌결혈대서전침인중、내관、곡지、족삼리전후대서뇌해마CA1구미순배혈류량적변화.결과 전침인중、내관대MCAO대서우측해마CA1구미순배혈류량무명현영향;전침곡지、족삼리가사MCAO대서우측해마CA1구미순배혈류량강저,여전침전상비구유현저성차이(P<0.05).결론 전침곡지、족삼리가사MCAO대서우측해마CA1구미순배혈류량명현하강.
Objective To investigate the effects of electroacupuncture on the microcirculation in the hippocampal CA1 region of focal cerebral ischemia rats. Methods Focal cerebral ischemia in rats were produced with middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). The real time microcirculatory blood flow was observed with a laser doppler blood flow monitor in the hippocampal CA1 region of MCAO rats after electroacupuncture on Renzhong(DU26), Neiguan (PC6) and Quchi (LI11), Zusanli(ST36). Results The microcirculatory blood flow of the right lateral hippocampus showed no remarkable change in Renzhong, Neiguan group after electroacupuncture. The microcirculatory blood flow of the right lateral hippocampus was decreased greatly in Quchi, Zusanli group after electroacupuncture (P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture on Quchi, Zusanli can decrease the microcirculatory blood flow in the hippocampal CA1 region of MCAO rats.
