以结球甘蓝胞质雄性不育系99-A及其保持系99-B为试材,采用石蜡切片技术,对结球甘蓝胞质雄性不育系的花粉败育过程进行了研究.结果表明:与雄性不育保持系99-B相比,不育系99-A的减数分裂行为基本正常,大多能发育至四分体时期,少数能发育到小孢子阶段;但在减数分裂前期,不育系99-A绒毡层细胞便开始肥大生长和液泡化,到小孢子时期绒毡层细胞肥大和液泡化达到最大程度,药室内的小孢子相互粘连、集聚,随后小孢子便退化解体,药室干缩,彻底败育.
以結毬甘藍胞質雄性不育繫99-A及其保持繫99-B為試材,採用石蠟切片技術,對結毬甘藍胞質雄性不育繫的花粉敗育過程進行瞭研究.結果錶明:與雄性不育保持繫99-B相比,不育繫99-A的減數分裂行為基本正常,大多能髮育至四分體時期,少數能髮育到小孢子階段;但在減數分裂前期,不育繫99-A絨氈層細胞便開始肥大生長和液泡化,到小孢子時期絨氈層細胞肥大和液泡化達到最大程度,藥室內的小孢子相互粘連、集聚,隨後小孢子便退化解體,藥室榦縮,徹底敗育.

Using paraffin slice techniques, the process of meiotic behavior and microspore abortion in cytoplasmic male-sterile line 99-A of cabbage were studied. The result showed that most of microspore mother cells could develop into the tetrad stage and a few could develop to the single nucleus microspore stage in male-sterile line 99-A. But compared with the male container line 99-B, the tapetum cells in the male sterile line began to overgrow with vacuole during early meiotic prophase and the overgrowth reached the peak before or after microspore formation, and at the same time the microspores were adhered and centralized one another, finally the anther became shrinking and the microspores disaggregating completely.
