复杂先天性心脏病具有解剖畸形多且相互影响、血流动力学复杂等特点,但早期诊断和治疗有显著的疗效,术前准确了解和估计病情对预后非常重要.多层CT依靠强大的后处理技术能从任意角度显示心血管内外结构及畸形的空间位置关系,能较好地显示病变血管的走行及心外大血管的立体形态与空间关系,以及解剖学房室的位置、形态、房室连接、房室与大血管连接的关系,对于复杂性先天性心脏病的诊断有非常重要的价值,能全面评估畸形改变,对心内和心外病变有很高的诊断准确率.

There are complicated hemodynamics and anatomic abnormal on complex congenital heart disease. The early diagnosis and treatment would be notable curative effect. The prognosis based on preoperative estimation which is exactly about pathogenetic condition. Multi - slice computed tomogra-phy by post - processing technique could display the spatial position of malformed or structures which is exterior and interior of cadiovascular in any point of view, and could display the course of pathological vascular, or the location and shape of anatomical atrioventricle, could display atrioventricular connection, or relationship between loculus and large vessels. It could perform important role on diagnose of complex congenital heart disease, and deformed modification could be evaluated roundly.It has supernal ratio in diagnose of exterior and interior pathological changes.
