以黄瓜为试验材料,研究了不同夜温对黄瓜幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明,较高的夜温显著提高黄瓜幼苗的根系活力、叶绿素含量及叶片硝酸还原酶活性,从而促进了黄瓜干物质的积累,有利于黄瓜幼苗的生长发育及壮苗指数增加。
以黃瓜為試驗材料,研究瞭不同夜溫對黃瓜幼苗生長及生理特性的影響。結果錶明,較高的夜溫顯著提高黃瓜幼苗的根繫活力、葉綠素含量及葉片硝痠還原酶活性,從而促進瞭黃瓜榦物質的積纍,有利于黃瓜幼苗的生長髮育及壯苗指數增加。
이황과위시험재료,연구료불동야온대황과유묘생장급생리특성적영향。결과표명,교고적야온현저제고황과유묘적근계활력、협록소함량급협편초산환원매활성,종이촉진료황과간물질적적루,유리우황과유묘적생장발육급장묘지수증가。
Through the thermal insulation material with different night temperature treatment, the growth and physiological characteristics of cucumber seedlings were studied in different night temperatures. The results showed that a relatively high night temperature can significantly improve the cucumber seedlings root activity, chlorophyll content and nitrate reductase activity, thereby promoting cucumber dry matter accumulation which is beneficial to the growth and development of cucumber seedlings and the increase of sound seedling index.
