[目的]探讨仿真情景模拟法在《老年护理学》的应用效果,为模拟教学的开展提供一定的理论依据。[方法]整群抽取新疆医科大学护理学院2012级高职8个班,随机抽取4个班为观察组,其余4个班为对照组。观察组采用仿真模拟教学法传授老年护理知识,而对照组采用传统讲授法,两组教学内容和课时数均相同。[结果]对照组护生期末成绩为72.23分±6.23分,而观察组护生期末成绩为81.08分±8.26分,观察组期末成绩高于对照组(t=5.84,P<0.01);观察组老年护理问卷得分高于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]仿真模拟教学法使护生能较好的掌握老年护理的相关知识,是提高《老年护理学》教学效果的有效方法。

Obj ective:To probe into the application effect of simulation teaching method in “Geriatric Nursing”,so as to provide certain theoretical basis for simulation teaching.Methods:eight vocational college classes were selected from nursing college of Xinjiang medical university in 2010 by cluster sampling method,a random sample of four classes were taken as the experimental group,the remaining four classes as the control group. The experimental group adopted the simulation teaching method to teach, and the control group adopted traditional teaching method,and teaching content and class number were the same in both groups.Results:The final grade of nursing students in experiment group was 72.23±6.23,while the final grade of nursing students in control group was 81.08±8.26.The final grade in the experimental group was higher than that in control group (t=5.84,P<0.01).Meanwhile,the score of aged care questionnaire in experi-mental group was higher than that in control group (P<0.01).Conclu-sion:Simulation teaching can make nursing students better grasp the relat-ed knowledge of elderly care,and it is the effective method to improve the teaching effect in Geriatric Nursing.
