设计了一种短波红外成像光谱仪的光学系统.它采用离轴透镜来校正大视场像差,避免了采用大口径同心透镜,降低了大口径透镜获取难度和加工要求,同时校正了狭缝弯曲和畸变;采用两个离轴非球面反射镜作为准直和会聚光学元件,补偿了与波长相关的狭缝弯曲,并减小了残余像差;采用一个色散棱镜来修正非线性色散,满足了光谱分辨率要求,在棱镜背面镀反射膜,简化了结构,减轻了重量.最后给出了各个通道的光谱非线性和光谱弯曲结果.
設計瞭一種短波紅外成像光譜儀的光學繫統.它採用離軸透鏡來校正大視場像差,避免瞭採用大口徑同心透鏡,降低瞭大口徑透鏡穫取難度和加工要求,同時校正瞭狹縫彎麯和畸變;採用兩箇離軸非毬麵反射鏡作為準直和會聚光學元件,補償瞭與波長相關的狹縫彎麯,併減小瞭殘餘像差;採用一箇色散稜鏡來脩正非線性色散,滿足瞭光譜分辨率要求,在稜鏡揹麵鍍反射膜,簡化瞭結構,減輕瞭重量.最後給齣瞭各箇通道的光譜非線性和光譜彎麯結果.

This paper gives a brief introduction about the optical structure of the shortwave infrared imaging spectrometer used in space.This system adopts an off-axis len in order to adjust large field aberration.This system avoids large diameter concenter lens and the production difficulty is decreased.Two off-axis aspheric mirrors which compensate spectral curve are used to collimate and focus beam.One prism corrects nonlinear dispersion and meets the request of spectral resolution.Reflection coating is made in the rear surface.The system is simplified and has a light Weight.Finally the result of spectral nonlinear and curve data is showed.
