研究稀土微合金化纯净钢中稀土的作用.采用离子光谱分析和无水电解液低温电解法测定试验钢中的固溶稀土含量,利用扫描电镜和能谱仪分别观察和测定钢中夹杂物的形貌和成分,用金相显微镜观察钢的淬火组织,并用WAW-Y500电液伺服材料试验机测试热处理后试样的拉伸性能.结果表明,稀土在纯净钢中仍有净化钢液、变质夹杂的作用.纯净钢中稀土的固溶度可达10~(-5)~10~(-4)数量级,固溶的稀土影响了纯净钢淬火组织,细化了晶粒,提高了纯净钢的拉伸性能.

The effect of RE in pure steel is investigated. The solid solution RE in tested steel is determined with Ion Spectra analysis and anhydrous electrolyte low temperature electrolysis. The inclusion morphology and constituents are observed and determined by SEM and Energy spectrum, respectively. The quenched microstructure of purity steel is observed by using Metallographic microscope, and the strengthening performance of the heat treated pure steel is tested by the WAW-Y500 material test machine. The results show that in pure steel with extra-low dross element, rare earth plays a role of purifying the molten steel and controlling inclusion morphology. The mount of RE in pure steel in solid solution is in the order of 10~(-5) to 10~(-4). The quenched microstructure and mechanical performance of the purity steel is improved by RE addition and the grain is refined.
