目的对肾阳虚证流行病调查资料进行肾阳虚证辨证细化分型的探索.方法通过采集2067例60岁以上老年人肾阳虚证候资料,并结合国家诊断标准对肾阳虚证样本进行筛选,采用描述性分析、聚类分析、主成分分析阐述其数据的内部关系.结果 2067例样本共筛选出937例符合肾阳虚证诊断的资料.结论通过数据分析显示出肾阳虚证内部数据存在着症状亚型,夜尿频多等可作为肾阳虚诊断新的主症.

Objective To study the classification of diagnosis about Kidney-"Yang" Deficiency by epidemiological survey.Methods Collected 2067 cases information of elderly people over the age of 60 with Kidney-"Yang" Deficiency syndromes of TCM from epidemiological survey,combined with the national diagnostic criteria for screening of Kidney-"Yang" Deficiency samples,through descriptive analysis,cluster analysis,principal component analysis of its data on internal relations.Results A total of 937 cases were screened out of Kidney-"Yang" Deficiency information.Conclusion The data analysis shows that internal data of Kidney-"Yang" Deficiency symptoms of the existence of subtypes that night should be more frequent as the main criteria "Yang"-deficiency syndrome.
