研究了基于法拉第磁光效应的光学电流传感器的电气特性.根据马吕斯定律,仿真分析了起偏镜与检偏镜光轴之间的夹角、交变电流引起的交变法拉第旋转角的幅值对此种光学电流传感器交流响应波形的影响,以及响应的幅值特性和频率特性.通过对此种光学电流传感器电气特性的研究,为实验中出现的问题提供了解决思路,同时也为磁光介质的参数确定提供了依据.仿真和部分实验结果表明此种光学电流传感器在合适参数下具有较好的响应波形以及幅值、频率特性.

The paper studies electrical property of the optical current sensor based on Faraday magneto-optical effect. The optic axis angle between polarizer and polarizer analyzer mirrors, Faraday rotation angle' s impacts on the response waveform caused by alternating current, and the amplitude and frequency characteristics of response are simulated and studied according to Malus Law. The electrical property of this kind of optical current sensor is studied, which can provide solutions for experiments, and basis is provided for determining the parameters of the magneto-optical media. The simulation and part of experiment results show that this kind of optical current sensor has a good response waveform and amplitude, frequency characteristics in proper parameters.
