针对川东北五宝场构造侏罗系沙溪庙组地层压力系数低、浅层气发育等主要固井难题,提出以下对策和措施:①利用微硅漂珠低密度水泥浆固井技术,下套管前认真通井,充分循环,使井眼干净、无垮塌、无沉砂、无后效;②套管串中加入适量扶正器来提高固井质量;③采用微硅漂珠低密度水泥浆,降低液柱压力,防止井漏,使水泥浆一次性返至地面,保证固井质量;④固井水泥浆采用双凝或多凝设计,优化水泥浆体系配方,增加水泥石胶结强度,使其具有低失水、零析水、早强、沉降稳定好的特点,严格控制水泥浆的稠化时间和过渡时间,提高水泥浆的防气窜能力,并及时进行环空憋压,确保压稳浅层气.将上述技术措施在五宝浅1-1井实施,解决了五宝场构造沙溪庙组地层压力系数低、浅层气发育等主要固井难题.

Low formation pressure coefficients and highly developed shallow gas shows have become great difficulties for cementing in the Jurassic Shaximiao Formation gas reservoirs at the Wubaochang structure in northeastern Sichuan Basin. Here some effective cementing measures in this area are outlined as follows: a. pre-cementing work, which includes well drifting and thorough circulation before casing running to ensure a clean well without caving, sands settling or any potential hazards and a proper amount of centralizers are added in the casing string to improve the cementing quality; b. a low-density slurry system with micro silicate beads, which will reduce the hydrostatic pressure and avoid lost circulations, and the slurry can return to the surface completely to ensure the cementing quality, and this optimized slurry is designed to be double-set or multiple-set with a high bond strength of cement stones and good performance of low water loss, zero water bleeding, rapid setting, and high settling-stability; c. the thickening time and transition time of the slurry system, which are strictly controlled to prevent gas channeling, and timely pressure holding in annulus will allow no kicks out of the shallow gas zones. All the above-mentioned measures have been taken to achieve success in cementing the well Wubaoqian 1-1.
